Who We Are

Co-founder of The Full Prism Group, Leslie McKeown learned the meaning of hard work at a young age when she watched her parents work 80+ hours a week in the restaurant industry. She witnessed them constantly being spread thin, which led to severe fatigue and an unfortunate loss of passion. Their business ended up controlling them instead of them controlling it. Brent Keough, co-founder of The Full Prism Group and husband of Leslie, had a similar experience. Feeling constantly burned out while working for 16 years with tech startups and in the charity sector, he knew there had to be a better way to run a business. With Leslie’s management skills and Brent’s sales skills, they combined their talents and founded The Full Prism Group. Together they use their prior experience to teach business owners how to escape the “doing it all” prison and restore their passion so they can enjoy the freedom they deserve.

Meet Our Team

Hi! My name is Leslie McKeown and I am an experienced business owner with a demonstrated history of working in the accounting industry. I’m a natural redhead with a bright smile who loves crushing cappuccinos as much as I do numbers. I have a genuine love for finance and an extensive background in business management. I pride myself in offering my clients expert advice in the areas of systems implementation, sales coaching, lead generation via LinkedIn, bookkeeping and tax support for small businesses, and VA/OBM support for businesses of all shapes and sizes. My husband and co-founder Brent and I work together to help you grow your business and fight burnout so that you can get back to doing what excites you about your business.

Spud is our 1-year-old cocker spaniel shih tzu cross. He loves chewing on bones, playing in the snow, and trying to convince our cat Floyd they should be best friends! On stressful days packed full of meetings and number crunching, everybody in the office feels a little more at ease when Spud is around. He cheers us all up and reminds us to take much needed breaks to play fetch!

I started working in the non-profit sector at a young age, and have since demonstrated my ability to teach my clients the valuable processes that help them make connections to the right people and get their message out. I’m a resilient leader, who has dedicated most of my life to understanding, connecting, and networking with thousands of individuals and businesses. I have dedicated 16 years of my life helping others grow, and my goal is to continue to help businesses thrive by delivering effective, strategic, and quality enriched services. Over the past 10 years, I have worked tirelessly upscaling The Full Prism Group from a start-up to a now well-established, sustainable business. I am excited about having the opportunity to do the same for you!
